Art. 312 . En la misma fecha de la aceptación del cargo, y en el caso del artículo anterior al día siguiente al del recibo, del proceso señalaran los arbitradores el día en que las partes deben comparecer ante ellos para ser oídas. Este señalamiento se hará para uno de los seis días siguientes.
