Prohibiciones a las Cámaras de Comercio. A las Cámaras de Comercio les queda prohibido realizar cualquier acto u operación que no esté encaminado al exclusivo cumplimiento de sus funciones. Las Cámaras de Comercio no podrán desarrollar ninguna actividad con fines políticos. Los miembros de Junta Directiva y los empleados de las Cámaras de Comercio no podrán sacar provecho o ventaja de los bienes, información, nombre o recursos de las Cámaras de Comercio para postularse, hacer proselitismo y obtener beneficios políticos de ninguna clase en nombre propio o de un tercero.
