° Para los efectos judiciales y electorales, el territorio de que consta la Intendencia del Amazonas, se divide así: el territorio situado al norte o banda izquierda del río Caquetá, dependerá del Circuito de Garzón en lo Judicial, y del Distrito Electoral de Neiva; y el situado al sur o banda derecha del mismo río, dependerá del Circuito Judicial y del Distrito Electoral de Pasto.
