Artículo séptimo. Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por el artículo 15 del Decreto 1698 de 1964, la Corte Suprema de Justicia fijará una fecha entre el 24 de marzo y el 1° de abril de 1965. En tal fecha procederá a proveerlos cargos de Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores de los nuevos Distritos Judiciales creados en los Decretos 1356 y 1701 de 1964, y en la Ley 19 de 1964.ara la provisión en propiedad de los cargos de Magistrados con los cuales se aumenta el número de lazas en los Tribunales Superiores de Distritos Judiciales existentes, la Corte Suprema de Justicia fijará una fecha entre el 15 y el 30 de mayo de 1965.
