Se produce traslado cuando un empleo definitivamente vacante se provee con funcionario o empleado que ocupa otro de funciones afines, con el mismo sueldo básico y para el cual se exijan requisitos mínimos similares, aunque tenga distinta sede territorial. Bajo las mismas condiciones se pueden efectuar traslados recíprocos entre funcionarios o empleados de diferentes despachos o dependencias
