º . Los empleados de carrera administrativa a quienes se les suprima el cargo en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de este decreto, tendrán derecho a optar por la indemnización o por la incorporación a un empleo equivalente, conforme a lo consagrado en la Ley 443 de 1998, en el Decreto Reglamentario 1572 de 1998, modificado por el Decreto 2504 de 1998 y con sujeción al procedimiento establecido en el Decreto-ley 1568 de 1998.
