El Artículo 9ºdel Decreto 2824 De 1991 Quedará Así: "artículo 9º Competencia

º El artículo 9ºdel Decreto 2824 de 1991 quedará así: "Artículo 9º Competencia. Sólo se podrá ser adjudicatario en uno de los dos ítems de que trata el artículo anterior. Nadie podrá directa o indirectamente presentar más de una propuesta.

Parágrafo

Como excepción a lo dispuesto en este artículo las empresas prestatarias del servicio de telefonía fija o convencional en las que Telecom sea socio, podrán participar en el proceso licitatorio referente a la Red Celular A, sin perjuicio de que Telecom también participe en una sola propuesta. La participación de tales empresas y de Telecom no es mutuamente inhabilitante".
