Ley 82 de 1912 · Por la cual se establece la Caja de Auxilios en los ramos Postal y Telegráfico

Los fondos de la Caja de Auxilios estarán a cargo de una Junta compuesta del Director General de Correos y Telégrafos, del Administrador General de Correos y de un representante del personal de telégrafos, que elegirá éste por mayoría.

Parágrafo

La Junta designará un empleado de su confianza para que haga el oficio de Cajero Contador Tenedor de Libros, y le asignará un sueldo equitativo; reglamentará lo relativo a estos puntos, de acuerdo con la contabilidad oficial, y someterá las dudas que le ocurran a este respecto a la consulta del Señor Ministro de Gobierno.
