º . - Duración de la Comisión Pedagógica Nacional. La Comisión tendrá un carácter permanente y sus miembros serán elegidos por período de dos (2) años. Las Consultivas Departamentales y Regionales de que trata el artículo 45 de la Ley 70 de 1993 podrán revocar el cargo en cualquier tiempo a los representantes ante la Comisión Pedagógica Nacional, cuando éstos incumplan en sus funciones.
