Art. 7.°. Los impuestos y derechos de que trata este Decreto deberán pagarse en las Administraciones departamentales de Hacienda respectivas ó en la Tesorería general de la República, debiendo comenzar á contarse la primera anualidad el día 1.° de Junio del corriente año.
