Art. 8.° La enseñanza superior que ha estado dándose a la Oficialidad de los cuerpos que hacen la guarnicion de la capital, conforme al decreto número 487 de 12 de octubre de 1878, continuará a cargo de un Institutor nombrado por el Poder Ejecutivo, asimilado a Capitan para el efecto del sueldo que deba gozar i que estará bajo la inspeccion del Estado Mayor jeneral.
