amends ley 599/00

Modifíquese el artículo 239 de la Ley 599 de 2000, el cual quedará así:

Artículo 239. Hurto. El que se apodere de una cosa mueble ajena, con el propósito de obtener provecho para sí o para otro, incurrirá en prisión de treinta y dos (32) a ciento ocho (108) meses. La pena será de prisión de treinta y dos (32) meses a cuarenta y ocho (48) meses cuando la cuantía sea inferior a cuatro (4) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes. La pena será de prisión de cuarenta y ocho (48) meses a ciento ocho (108) meses cuando la cuantía sea igual o superior a cuatro (4) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
