Art. 65. Los administradores e interventores no podrán ausentarse de la capital o del lugar donde se halle la administración sin espreso permiso del Gobernador, quien lo concederá con lejitima causa por el tiempo necesario; siendo un deber del administrador e interventor en caso de que quede sin jefe la oficina, dejar una persona que bajo su responsabilidad custodie los valores que haya en ella i despache los negocios urjentes que ocurran.
