Las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes, son unidades administrativas especiales del orden nacional, dotadas de personería jurídica y con patrimonio propio, subordinadas a los planes y controles del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, de acuerdo con las normas contenidas en la presente ley.
