Lo dispuesto en el numeral 6 del artículo 208 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, en concordancia con lo previsto en el literal m) del numeral 4 de la misma norma, o en las disposiciones que los modifiquen o sustituyan será aplicable a la facultad que tiene la Superintendencia de Valores para imponer sanciones.
