° Durante los días a que se refiere el artículo 3° del presente Decreto, quedan suspendidos los salvoconductos para portar armas en todo el territorio nacional, sin perjuicio de las autorizaciones especiales que para ese período otorguen los Comandantes de Brigada. Las infracciones a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo se sancionarán de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Código Penal Militar.
