Art. 2.° Los Billetes de Tesorería de antigua i nueva emisión se recibirán, para su amortización definitiva, en las oficinas nacionales de Hacienda, en pago de:

º El derecho de título por la compra de bienes desamortizados, esceptuando únicamente los que se causen por la venta de la hacienda denominada "Las Monjas;"

º El cincuenta por ciento del arrendamiento de estos mismos bienes;

º Los réditos de censos a favor de la Nación.

Parágrafo

Lo prevenido en el inciso 2. º de este artículo, no comprende los contratos verificados antes la publicación de esta lei.
