Cuando se vaya a aportar lote para la construcción de su casa, el interesado deberá presentar el certificado de propiedad sobre la tradición y libertad del inmueble en 30 años, la escritura de adquisición, y celebrará con la Caja el traspaso o contrato a que haya lugar, llenando los requisitos que determine la Caja para todos los efectos y exenciones legales.
