Para la interposición .de los recursos mencionados se requiere el pago del veinte por ciento (20%) de la contribución de que se trata, lo cual se demostrará con copia auténtica del recibo de pago. Se tendrá como no intentado el recurso cuando se incumpla esta exigencia.
