En cualquier estado del juicio, antes de que se dicte la sentencia, las partes pueden pedir que se declaren las nulidades de que trata este capítulo.

El incidente se sustancia y decide como una articulación y no es admisible si la causal alegada se había aducido antes como excepción dilatoria.
