Artículo quinto. La Junta Directiva de la Corporación estará integrada, así:
El Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su Delegado, quien la presidirá.
El Gobernador de Nariño o su Delegado.
El Intendente del Putumayo o su Delegado.
Dos representantes del Presidente de la República, y sus respectivos suplentes.
Dos representantes del sector privado.
