La tasa retributiva se causará mensualmente por la carga contaminante total vertida, y la cobrará la Autoridad Ambiental Competente mediante factura, cuenta de cobro, o cualquier otro documento de conformidad con las normas tributarias y contables, con la periodicidad que esta determine”.
