Previa licencia de cambio, los establecimientos de crédito podrán adquirir divisas del mercado de capitales para satisfacer obligaciones en moneda extranjera, derivadas de operaciones de cambio exterior que hubieran avalado o garantizado, cuando surgiere la necesidad de satisfacer la garantía otorgada.
