De La Licencia Sanitaria Para Vehículos De Tráfico Internacional

Articulo 45. De la Licencia Sanitaria para vehículos de tráfico internacional . Para vehículos nacionales destinados a tráfico internacional entre terminales portuarios, el propietario o representante legal deberá obtener para cada vehículo, Licencia Sanitaria de Transporte expedida por el Ministerio de Salud.

Parágrafo

Los vehículos de tráfico internacional de bandera extranjera deberán presentar Licencia Sanitaria de Funcionamiento vigente o su equivalente, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria del país de origen de matrícula o registro.
