Con este motivo, la nación auxilia al Municipio con la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000.00), destinados a la financiación del plan de las obras publicas que acuerde la "Junta del IV Centenario de Soatá", creada por la Ordenanza 48 de 1942, de la Asamblea de Boyacá.
