ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.- EXPEDIENTES. A cada intermediario y a cada título registrado se le abrirá un expediente en el cual se archivará en orden cronológico de presentación, los documentos o las copias motivo o soporte de la solicitud de registro. Estos expedientes serán públicos en los términos del artículo 2.1.1.4 del presente Estatuto, salvo que se trate de documentos que por disposición de la ley están amparados por reserva.
