Los billetes representativos de papel moneda, legalmente emitidos, que hubieren quedado en circulación después del 30 de junio del corriente año, continuarán siendo admisibles hasta el 30 de junio 1919 en todo pago que por cualquier motivo se haga al Tesoro Nacional, en la proporción de un peso papel moneda por cada centavo oro.
