Repealedamends decreto 2279/89

inciso 1 del artículo 7º. del Decreto 2279 de 1989, quedará así: Las partes determinarán el número de árbitros, el cual será siempre impar. Si no lo hacen los árbitros serán tres, salvo en las cuestiones de menor o mínima cuantía en cuyo caso el árbitro será uno solo.
