Art. 1º. Aprópiase la suma de tres mil pesos ($3000) con destino a continuar las exploraciones que por cuenta del Gobierno se han estado haciendo en las Costa e Islas del Atlántico, en solicitud de depósitos naturales de fosfato de cal, carbón y otras materias semejantes.
