INFORMACIÓN DE LA REGISTRADURÍA NACIONAL DEL ESTADO CIVIL. La Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil deberá suministrar a la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales, en un medio magnético, la información de las cédulas correspondientes a personas fallecidas.
La Registraduría actualizará cada año la información a que hace referencia este artículo, la cual deberá entregarse a más tardar el 1º de marzo.
