La Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario y el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, revisarán y ajustarán la reglamentación relacionada con los costos de capital, a fin de facilitar líneas de crédito puente para pequeños reforestadores hasta por el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor del CIF, de manera que dicho monto pueda ser reembolsado por Finagro de la cuenta respectiva.
