° El producido de la venta de inmuebles ordenada por el presente Decreto y destinado a la reforma y construcción de prisiones, será depositado en la Tesorería General de la República, a efecto de que pueda servir para la apertura del crédito o créditos correspondientes, de conformidad con las normas prescritas por el artículo 30 de la Ley 64 de 1921 y la Ley. 102 de 1936.
