Art. 8.° Las monjas esclaustradas tienen derecho, desde la fecha en que manifestaren o hubieren manifestado en voluntad de recibirla, a la asignacion vitalicia de veinte pesos mensuales cada una que les señaló la lei de 29 de mayo de 1864, sobre bienes desamortizados. Esta asignacion se les pagará mes por mes, en dinero, previa comprobacion de la supervivencia de las agraciadas, del modo prescrito en el Código Fiscal. Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 2135 del referido Código.
