Las cooperativas deberán expresar en sus estatutos si su objeto es servir exclusivamente a sus socios, o si desean extender al público sus servicios. En este último caso quedan sometidos al cumplimiento estricto de los artículos 26, numeral 9º del artículo 32 y artículo 49 de la Ley 134 de 1931.
