º El inciso 1º del artículo 55 del Decreto Extraordinario 1046 de 1978 quedará así: "Las comisiones que en el interior del país deba cumplir el Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación serán otorgadas por el Secretario General de dicho Departamento. En los demás casos, las comisiones que en el interior del país deban cumplir los funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Planeación serán otorgadas por el Jefe de dicho organismo o por el funcionario o funcionarios en quien él delegue tal atribución".
