El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, sustituye las secciones 1, 2 y 3 del Capítulo 1 y la sección 12 del Capítulo 4 y adiciona la sección 13 al capítulo 4 del Título 4 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
