º COSA JUZGADA. El procesado condenado o absuelto mediante sentencia ejecutoriada, o por auto que tenga la misma fuerza vinculante, proferida por juez colombiano, no será sometido a nuevo proceso por el mismo hecho. Tampoco podrá hacerse nuevo juzgamiento en Colombia cuando la sentencia haya sido proferida por juez extranjero, salvo las excepciones legales.
