En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo, la adquisición de los inmuebles referidos podrá hacerse, en lo pertinente, conforme los procedimientos previstos en el artículo 11 de la Ley 9º de 1989 y demás normas concordantes, reformatorias y complementarias de dicha ley.
