Los certificados de depósito llevaran estampillas de timbre nacional por valor de veinte (20) centavos, y los bonos de prenda pagaran en estampillas cuarenta (40) centavos por cada cien pesos ($100). Las estampillas serán anuladas por el Almacén general en la fecha de la expedición de los respectivos títulos.
