La revocación directa de los actos administrativos a solicitud de parte no procederá por la causal del numeral 1 del artículo anterior, cuando el peticionario haya interpuesto los recursos de que dichos actos sean susceptibles, ni en relación con los cuales haya operado la caducidad para su control judicial.
