De conformidad con el artículo 18 del Decreto-ley 2811 la utilización directa o indirecta de la atmósfera para introducir o arrojar humos, vapores o sustancias nocivas que sean resultado de actividades lucrativas, se sujetará al pago de tasas retributivas del servicio de eliminación o control de las consecuencias de las actividades nocivas expresadas.
