Estudio y Evaluación de las propuestas. Serán aplicables para el estudio y evaluación de las propuestas de contrato de concesión con requisitos diferenciales de que trata la presente Sección, el procedimiento y condiciones establecidas en la Ley 685 de 2001 y demás normas que resulten aplicables.
