Ley 127 de 1896 · por la cual se crea una Escuela Militar

Art. 3.° La Escuela Militar tendrá los siguientes empleados:

Un Director que será el jefe del Establecimiento, á quien estarán subordinados todos los demás empleados y los alumnos de la Escuela;

Un Subdirector ó Inspector;

Un Comandante ó Jefe de Batallón de Cadetes, con el cargo especial de enseñar á este prácticamente las tácticas de infantería, artillería y caballería;

Un Secretario;

Cuatro Ayudantes, de los cuales el Gobierno destinará uno para Síndico de la Escuela;

Un portero;

El número de Profesores que sea necesario para dar las enseñanzas, y el número de sirvientes indispensable para el aseo y demás necesidades de la Escuela.
