Art. 3.° El Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial del Sur del Departamento de Antioquia, hará oportunamente el nombramiento de Jaez 2.° á fin de que el nuevo Juzgado empiece á funcionar al entrar en vigencia esta Ley.
