Información. La autoridad contratante de las vías públicas deberá informar a la autoridad minera sobre la construcción de dichas obras y esta autoridad, a su vez, informará a aquella en el término de treinta (30) días sobre la existencia y ubicación de las canteras y minas de materiales de construcción del área de influencia de tales vías, que estén amparadas por títulos mineros vigentes.
