ARTICULO 1º. De conformidad con el artículo 5º de la Ley 80 de 1968 el Servicio de Aeronavegación a Territorios Nacionales "SATENA", equivale en la organización de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, a un Comando Aéreo, para los efectos del ejercicio del mando militar y de las atribuciones disciplinarias.
