El Gobierno procederá a ordenar la composición del camino de herradura que conduce a la Salina de Chita, en el Departamento de Boyacá, a Piedecuesta, en el de Santander, que pasa por la vía a Capitanejo, Málaga, San Andrés y Guaca, y a ejecutar las variantes que sean necesarias.
