Pensiones . Para garantizar el pago de las pensiones de los servidores públicos y trabajadores privados jubilados o retirados con derecho a pensión a cargo de las instituciones hospitalarias frente al cual se deba concurrir para su financiación, las instituciones deberán establecer alguno de los mecanismos previstos en el presente capítulo, para que se les puedan girar los recursos que les permitan constituir la respectiva reserva pensional. (Artículo 6° Decreto 306 de 2004).
