Los capítulos 4, 24, 28, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 40, 46, 48, 54, 56, 57, 58, 59, 66, 67, 69, 70, 73, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92 y 95, que fueron modificados en su nomenclatura por los Decretos 2800 de 2001, 618 y 1019 de 2002, no se incluyeron en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, debido a que el Decreto 33 de 2001 le asigna el mismo nivel porcentual de CERT a todas las subpartidas contenidas en cada uno de ellos. Los capítulos 2, 26, 47, 75, 81, 93, 97, 98 y las subpartidas contenidas en otros capítulos, cuyo nivel porcentual de CERT según el Decreto 33 de 2001 es cero (0), no fueron incluidos en el artículo 1º del presente decreto.
