Artículo único. Legalízase el crédito extraordinario por cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000) oro, abierto al Departamento de Guerra, capítulos 47 y 48, artículos 261 Ay 276 A, por Decreto Ejecutivo número 184 de 1910, publicado en el Diario Oficial números 13948 y 13949.
